Diode Laser Therapy Systems
The Diode Hair Removal System utilizes the principle of selective light absorption, targeting the hair shaft and follicle to effectively destroy the follicle and surrounding oxygen structures, resulting in permanent hair removal.

755nm targets the bulge of the hair follicle with more superficialpenetration and is especially effective for superficially embedded hair in areassuch as the eyebrows and upper lip.
808nm offers deep penetration of the hair follicle with high average power,a high repetition rate, and a large 2cm spot size for fast treatment. It has a moderate melanin absorption level making it safe for darker skin types.

1064nm offers the deepest penetration of the hair follicle, allowing it to targetthe Bulb and Papilla, as well as treat deeply embedded hair in areas such as thescalp, armpits, and pubic areas.

How does it work? The principle of hair removal is based on the Selective Photothermolysis (SPTL) theory. This theory explains laser as a method that induces localized tissue damage without affecting surrounding tissue. Essentially, when light of appropriate wavelength is directed onto the treatment area, melanin in the hair follicles, rather than other tissues, selectively absorbs the light and converts it into heat. This damages the follicles responsible for hair growth, resulting in hair reduction or permanent removal.
-
Why 808nm?808nm wavelength semiconductor laser goes through our skin and directly arrives at the melanin in the hair follicle with little absorbed by other tissues. The heat energy transformed from the light will burn and destroy only follicles, so as to avoid skin burn and lessen skin hyper-pigmentation. It is safe and effective. The device uses 808nm diode laser technology, which is known as the gold standard for permanent hair removal with optimal results

Diode Laser VS IPL Hair Removal Technology: Which One Is Right For You?Both diode lasers and IPL are used for hair removal by targeting the hair follicle and preventing further hair growth. However, diode lasers are often considered to be more effective and precise than IPL for hair removal, especially on darker skin types, as they can specifically target the melanin in hair follicles while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. The maximum energy density of diode lasers is five times that of IPL.

What is the difference in 755, 808, and 1064nm?755nm is for tiny hair, 808nm is for thick hair and 1064nm is for tanned skin. Three kinds of near-infrared lights stimulate Dermal collagen cells hyperplasia differently.
-
What is the difference between a diode and yag laserDiode laser hair removal destroys hair follicles by targeting melanin whereas YAG laser hair removal penetrates the hair through the skin cells. This makes diode laser technology more effective for coarse hair and requires a shorter recovery time.
-
Which is better diode or IPL laser?IPL laser hair removal will most likely require more than one session, while using a diode laser may work more effectively. Diode laser hair removal is more comfortable because of the integrated cooling and treats more hair and skin types, whereas IPL is best suited for those with darker hair and lighter skin.
-
Does diode laser remove hair permanently? Is Diode Laser Hair Removal Permanent? Diode laser hair removal can be permanent following a course of treatment customized to your needs and hair type. Since not all hair is in a growth phase at the same time, it may be necessary to revisit certain treatment areas to permanently remove hair.
